Gift‑in‑Kind Acknowedgement Request (Gifts Valued $0–$500)
Donors who have already contributed a gift‑in‑kind valued between $0 and $500 may use this form to request an official gift acknowledgment. This form is only for completed gifts that have already been delivered or transferred to CU.
For gifts that are valued over $500, or for gifts that include use restrictions, temporary use, or require a written agreement or contract, please contact giftinkind@cu.edu for assistance.
